What is the Vodafone Service Centre?- If you have a problem with your Vodafone-branded handset, iPhone, BlackBerry or Vodafone mobile broadband device that you purchased from Vodafone, you can go to the Vodafone Service Centre to get help.

- The date of purchase of your phone is more than the length of warranty period of your phone e.g. your iPhone was bought over 1 year ago
- The fault you are experiencing is not covered by warranty
If we don’t offer an out-of-warranty paid service, then we will return your phone, free of charge.What do I need to take to the Vodafone Service Centre?Aside from your phone, you will need to provide proof of purchase e.g. sales receipt, so we can confirm that the phone was bought through an approved Vodafone channel, and that it is still within the warranty period. You will also need to provide contact details should the service centre need to contact you.What about the data on my phone (contacts, messages, pictures etc)?We do not backup your data on your device, so it is important that you back up all data before the replacement service takes place. You are responsible for your data.My phone problem only shows up some of the time, not all the time. Will you still replace it?We understand that certain faults only show up on your phone sometimes, and are not very easy to show. In this case, the service centre will take your phone from you and monitor over a period of 2 days. If we find the fault, and it is covered by warranty, we will replace the phone. If we do not find a fault, we will return your phone, free of chargeMy phone is out of warranty. What can you do?In certain cases, we will have a replacement service for out-of-warranty phones. This is a paid service, and the price will vary depending on the kind of damage. Our service centre staff will evaluate the fault on the phone, and provide you with a quote for the out-of-warranty service.
